Asamblea Nacional exhorta a declarar la emergencia por fuerte invierno"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"xdj266r x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs x126k92a\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Asamblea Nacional, a trav\u00e9s de su Comisi\u00f3n Especializada de Soberan\u00eda Alimentaria present\u00f3 un proyecto de resoluci\u00f3n d\u00f3nde se exhorta al presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Daniel Noboa, a declarar la emergencia para atender a las provincias afectadas por el invierno.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Samuel C\u00e9lleri G\u00f3mez, asamble\u00edsta por Esmeraldas, destac\u00f3 la dif\u00edcil situaci\u00f3n en Muisne, un cant\u00f3n severamente golpeado por las inundaciones, donde m\u00e1s de mil personas perdieron sus cultivos debido al desbordamiento de r\u00edos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">El 21 de febrero, el Concejo Cantonal de Muisne respondi\u00f3 al llamado del Comit\u00e9 de Operaciones de Emergencia (COE) para declarar la emergencia operativa, administrativa y financiera de la instituci\u00f3n municipal.
